My sister-in-law set the arrangement was gorgeous. There was a mixup on delivery and the funeral home and Sympathy Store folks were extremely helpful and accommodating in working out a solution to the problem. I really appreciate their help in coming up with a wonderful solution.

The Flowers were beautiful. Thank you for getting them there on time. No problems with the order. Customer service was excellent. I appreciated staff calling me when there was a problem with my order and it was resolved in a timely manner.
