The flower arrangement was beautiful, but it didn’t include any yellow roses, which is the reason that I chose this arrangement. Yellow roses were my aunt’s favorite flower. It also didn’t include the ribbon that I paid for. I am surprised that the florist didn’t contact me if these items weren’t available. I provided my contact information. I am happy that we received a beautiful arrangement in time for my aunt’s funeral, but I will chose another florist in the future.
