The service exceeded all expectations. From navigating through the site, ordering, the fulfillment; 1:30 arrival for a 3:00 service, to the breathtakingly beautiful arrangement, Perfection. The arrangement lived up to its name, Heavenly. Although I would not have asked for a picture, I do believe my life long friend was taken aback by its beauty because she sent me a picture as soon as it arrived. Such elegance! I purchased a spary for the anut of my boss after re viewing a photo online. The cusotmer service was excellent. I recieved several notifications of the arrangement and went sent. After the family viewing, my boss contacted me and stated it was the largest most beautiful arrangement there. I live in NC and am very happy that I received such wonderful service and a beautiful arrangement from this far away. I wish you had a store closer to me. Thank you

I ordered the Heavenly Sentiments Spray around 1pm for a same-day delivery. However, I received an email shortly after ordering saying the florist couldn't deliver for same-day. I called the customer service team, and together we were able to find a different florist that make a custom spray (they didn't have orchids) that was perfect, looked twice as big, and really made a statement for the family. I really appreciate the service team going out of their way to call and find a different florist that understood our needs and found a creative way to meet them.
